Abdullah Nayef Alenezi is the founder of Alpha Legal Group. He oversees and manages the firm's operations, playing a central role in providing specialised legal advice in investment, finance, and banking law. His experience spans multiple sectors including currency exchange, contracting, real estate, and investment funds, and he has helped lead the senior management and supervisory board of one of Kuwait's largest exchange companies.
He advises a diverse range of commercial and real estate companies and asset owners, combining deep legal knowledge with sharp commercial understanding in complex business environments. He previously chaired the Economic Committee of the Kuwait Bar Association, and participated in the International Arbitration Conference in the Middle East at the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Center, in partnership with the U.S. Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP).
