Dr. Fahad Mekhlef Alenezi is the founder of Alpha Legal Group. He has practised law since 2016 and holds a PhD in law specialising in civil and commercial procedure, giving his practice distinctive academic depth in arbitration and commercial litigation. He serves as an accredited arbitrator at the Judicial Arbitration Center and the Kuwait Bar Association's arbitration centre.
He has contributed to legal education as a seconded faculty member at the Institute of Commercial Studies and a lecturer at Algonquin College Kuwait, and served as rapporteur of the Economic Committee of the Kuwait Bar Association.
